What is the status of your shipment?

In the event that your order has been misplaced/lost by the carrier, stolen, or given to the wrong person, know that we have your back and we'll do everything in our power to fix the situation.

But first, we'll need you to check the tracking status of your package on our tracking page:

  • Enter your order ID in the search bar to show shipping details
  • Select the appropriate option in the scrowling menu below
